Job Description
- Purchasing of ingredients
- Create attractive sashimi and sushi dishes
- Serving dishes and liaising with customers over the counter
- Manage kitchen supplies and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet
- Guide and coach junior staff
Requirements
-Minimum of 3 years experience as sushi chef
-Sufficient knowledge of Japanese cuisine
Job Details
Salary: from $4,600 to $5,400
Working Days: 6 days per week
Location: City (Orchard, Bugis area)
