Working days: Monday - Friday (Alternate Saturday)
Working hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm (weekdays), 8:45am - 12:15pm (Sat)
Location: West
Salary: Basic up to $2,800 + AWS + VB
*Company transport pick up at Lakeside MRT
Primary Responsibilities
- Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently.
- Build a strong relationship with customer in terms of high confidence level
- Communicate and follow-up with customer on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
- Understand individual customer’s processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Achieve and monitor customer’s monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) closely.
- Comply with company’s standard operating procedure (SOP) and quality policy.
- Comply and meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 for Integrated Management System.
- Ensure achieve IMS Policy and IMS objectives
- Communicate with superior to improve department processes.
- Communicate with customer on their daily trucking status.
- Perform order processing through PSA Haulier Community System.
- Perform permit declaration through crimson logic.
- Generate company’s required reports (Daily or Monthly) and monthly TradeNet Major Exporter Scheme Import or Export report for customer.
