Responsibilities
- Implementing and maintaining ServiceNow features, and develop, manage third-party integrations with ServiceNow.
- Build and maintain API and flat file integrations in ServiceNow with multiple third-party applications.
- Extend ServiceNow capabilities as per the Customer requirement.
- Support version upgrade in ServiceNow Platform
Skills/Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, ITOM) are highly desirable.
