- Provide support to end users by addressing their technical concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with operating system migrations and offer related technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring efficient troubleshooting.
- Take responsibility for resolving all problems related to a defined list of end-user equipment and software.
- Install and configure software applications as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
- Resolve and close assigned incidents, prioritizing ticket resolution within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Adjust and synchronize application settings to align with environmental requirements.
- Handle the relocation and setup of computer devices and peripherals.
- Configure user profiles for various applications as needed.
- Provide proactive updates and follow-ups to end users on the status of their issues.
- Offer guidance to end users on completing specific tasks related to their technical needs.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
