MASE E&C Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and other HR functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in the HR management system.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Monitor employee performance reviews and provide guidance to managers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and company standards.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Generate HR reports and provide data analysis for management decision-making.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the construction, marine, or process industries.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
