Responsibilities
Job Description: We are looking for a strategic and experienced Product
Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Production Manager, you will
play a key role in driving the development and success of our production
and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to
define production strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user
experiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead the production development lifecycle from ideation to launch,
ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
Define production vision, roadmap, and strategy based on market
trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations
teams to prioritize features and enhancements.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze metrics to
continuously improve production performance and user satisfaction.
Define and prioritize production features and requirements, writing
clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of
features and releases.
Drive product launches, including coordinating with marketing,
sales, and support teams to ensure successful execution.
Monitor and analyze production metrics, user feedback, and industry
trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Stay informed about technology advancements and regulatory
developments to ensure production compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role,
preferably in the fintech industry.
Strong understanding of financial technology and its applications.
Experience with agile development methodologies and production
management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven
approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to
influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to
manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
