- Oversee the setup, upkeep, and management of servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Design, implement, migrate, troubleshoot, and maintain IT network infrastructure, focusing on backup, security, redundancy, and disaster recovery.
- Analyze and validate network architecture through usability testing, providing recommendations for upgrades.
- Monitor and report on network performance and status to key stakeholders.
- Plan and manage the deployment and maintenance of end-user computing devices.
- Coordinate and execute tasks for IT operations projects.
- Support the implementation of ISO27001 information security measures and associated security systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital infrastructure architecture, network design, and cybersecurity strategy.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, network monitoring tools, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
