MASE E&C Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrician Supervisor to oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work at project sites. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of electricians, ensure compliance with safety standards, and contribute to the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of electricians to complete installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Plan and allocate daily tasks to ensure efficient work progress.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support during complex electrical tasks.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other teams to align with project goals and schedules.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all electrical work meets project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and team performance.
- Train and mentor electricians to enhance skills and ensure adherence to company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an electrician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety codes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical codes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at various locations.
