MASE E&C Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Solar Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will lead on-site teams, ensure project timelines and safety standards are met, and contribute to the seamless delivery of renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site installation teams for solar energy projects.
- Ensure all project activities align with timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate daily operations, including material deliveries and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact between project managers and site teams.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical challenges during installation.
- Provide hands-on guidance and training to team members as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation of installation processes and completion reports.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project status.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in solar energy or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including installation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the solar energy industry.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Singapore.
