JOB DESCRIPTION:
•
Coordinate with the main contractor and consultant and monitor work progress and schedule
•
Liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers, preparation of all project costs, process project claims, and monitor project budgets
•
Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections
•
Monitor daily work activities of the various subcontractors to ensure proper adherence to job site safety policies and procedures.
•
Monitor and inspect work progress for quality control and quality assurance; identify and resolve problem issues in a timely manner.
•
Work closely with the team to fulfil all requirements and expectations during testing and commissioning with a consultant.
•
Proper upkeeping of documents & uploading them into the server.
Requirement:
•
At least 5 years of experience in related field & local experience.
•
Able to work independently
•
Proficient with Microsoft offices and other basic computer skill .
