Your Mission
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of HMGICS's Technology Roadmap and fostering a robust ecosystem of innovation and technology partners. You will define methodologies, identify pain points, and leverage data-driven insights to continuously enhance factory processes.
What To Expect
[Technology Roadmap Development]
- Collaborate with HMGICS and HMG stakeholders to plan and implement the technology roadmap.
- Design, develop, and maintain HMGICS use cases and technology catalogs.
- Foster and manage a network of technology and innovation partners.
[Work Process Management and Pain Point Identification]
- Define and implement methodologies to measure performance and project ROI.
- Engage with manufacturing stakeholders to gather data and identify critical pain points.
- Analyze data to identify operational bottlenecks and system limitations.
[Technology Solution Deployment]
- Leverage data analysis and collaborative workshops to develop practical and sustainable solutions.
- Provide project management support to operational teams during solution implementation.
- Monitor post-deployment performance and ensure a smooth handover to production teams.
What You'll Bring
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 of experience in management consulting, business process re-engineering, IT/OT system development, process innovation, or business/system consulting.
- Experience using simulation tools and techniques (e.g., digital twin, discrete event simulation) to model and analyze complex systems.
- Strong technical expertise in process innovation consulting projects, IT/OT system development projects, and data analysis or business intelligence implementation.
- In-depth understanding of the manufacturing industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
