Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of HMGICS's Technology Roadmap and fostering a robust ecosystem of innovation and technology partners. You will define methodologies, identify pain points, and leverage data-driven insights to continuously enhance factory processes.


What To Expect

[Technology Roadmap Development]

  • Collaborate with HMGICS and HMG stakeholders to plan and implement the technology roadmap.
  • Design, develop, and maintain HMGICS use cases and technology catalogs.
  • Foster and manage a network of technology and innovation partners.

[Work Process Management and Pain Point Identification]

  • Define and implement methodologies to measure performance and project ROI.
  • Engage with manufacturing stakeholders to gather data and identify critical pain points.
  • Analyze data to identify operational bottlenecks and system limitations.

[Technology Solution Deployment]

  • Leverage data analysis and collaborative workshops to develop practical and sustainable solutions.
  • Provide project management support to operational teams during solution implementation.
  • Monitor post-deployment performance and ensure a smooth handover to production teams.


What You'll Bring

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 of experience in management consulting, business process re-engineering, IT/OT system development, process innovation, or business/system consulting.
  • Experience using simulation tools and techniques (e.g., digital twin, discrete event simulation) to model and analyze complex systems.
  • Strong technical expertise in process innovation consulting projects, IT/OT system development projects, and data analysis or business intelligence implementation.
  • In-depth understanding of the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
