This role assists in the academic and student support aspects of the institution. You will work alongside with your colleagues to deliver and meet positive student outcomes. This includes Academic Administration, Students Support, Teaching Resource Coordination and Quality Assurance matters. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be part of a customer-fronting team within a private institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Student Services and Academic related matters, including timetabling, handling parents' enquiries, teacher deployment and academic resources planning.
- Liaise with teachers on student progress reports and follow up with parents.
- Assist in the development and review of operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and complete academic/student data and reports for review and submission purposes.
- Conduct student orientation and ensure timely response to students and participants.
- Liaise with finance department to ensure payments are made on time.
- Complete any service recovery and other customer related issues.
- Work with colleagues to enforce the implementation of institution and departmental policies and compliance with relevant regulatory authorities.
- General administration including programme coordination, evaluations and facilities improvements.
Requirements:
- Diploma education and above.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience within a service environment.
- Experience handling simple accounting processes.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese in order to liaise with multilingual speaking parents and students.
- Team player, meticulous and organised.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
