On behalf of our client, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join them as a Customer Support Assistant
Job description
• Reports to Contact Centre Team Lead
• Handle customer service hotline and provide the first level of support from multiple Channels
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly.
• Follow Standard operating procedures closely.
• Work as a team and ensure that the contact center service level is met
Requirements
• Diploma / NITEC / GCE ‘O' Level or equivalent
• Minimum C5 for English O level
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in a call centre environment and/or service-related industry
• 3 Rotating shifts - day and night with shift allowances
Morning shift: 730am to 5 pm
Day Shift:1pm to 10.30 pm
Night shift: 10.30pm to 8am
Knowledge or Skills
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
• Fluency in a second language
• Computer literate and good typing skills
Work location: East (near to MRT station)
