Job Description
- Managing the hot kitchen of the Yakitori omakase and a la carte restaurant.
- Manage inventory of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet
- Guide and coach junior staff
Requirements
-Minimum of 3 years experience at relevant Japanese restaurants.
-Skilled in Yakimono, Agemono, and Nimono.
