- Responsible for the execution of procurement contracts from working with stakeholders on requisition, sourcing, evaluation, seeking approval for award and contract management.
- Understands and operationalise the Policies and Procedures to meet with business needs, including coordinating with various stakeholders and providing advisories to requestors to facilitate sound buying decisions through the right balance between public accountability, the prudent use of funds and operational efficiency.
- Supporting sharing and training of Procurement Procedures to stakeholders.
- Ensure the delivery of the Procurement’s Service Level Agreements commitments.
- Participates and collaborate with various stakeholders in cross functional improvement projects including developing change management plans, evaluating the impact of planned change, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
- Participates in audit review findings/lapses and propose changes to governance policies and procedures; support audit reviews, investigations, and internal process improvements to resolve identified issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Perform demand aggregation in partnership with stakeholders using insights and trends from data analytics to leverage on organisational volume.
- Foster effective collaboration and ensure strong communication lines with key stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement,
- Good understanding of Government Procurement policies will be advantageous.
- High achieving, independent individual with clear communication skills for stakeholder persuasion and management reporting
- Resourceful individual with active listening skills to gather information and anticipate next steps
- Situational problem solving skills with ability to concise complex problem into executable solution(s)
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, ability to translate data to intelligence
