Communications Executive
Location: Jamiyah Headquarters, Singapore
Job Type: Full-Time (5-Day Work Week, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the various divisions and departments in Jamiyah, such as the Homes, Centres, and Departments, to develop and execute communications plans in promoting Jamiyah as a whole and individually - its programmes, activities and services.
- Produces well-researched and related communication content for multiple platforms, such as print, websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.
- Prepares communications for the media, including preparing media invites, media releases, media kits, and other content initiatives. Cultivates and manages relationships with media representatives. Coordinates & handles media on site;
- Researches and writes for publications, print & online. Assists in coordinating all publications.
- Monitors the media for news about Jamiyah and its products or other reports that are relevant to Jamiyah.
- Monitors current news, and trends so as to keep Jamiyah in the forefront of what is happening around the world, especially for non-profit organisations.
- Prepares content such as speeches, scripts for videos, emcees, storyboards etc.
- Assists with preparations and on-site management of Events.
- Carries out other duties as directed by HOD or Senior Management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in marketing and/or communications preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in marketing and/or communications, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in events management will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours and weekends, if required.
