Job Description:
- Supervise cleaning team leaders and team members
- Coordinate and liaise with clients at the work site.
- Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
- Plan & execute periodic cleaning schedule
- Conduct daily attendance check ins & outs
- Perform regular cleaning inspections
- Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and method of statement
- Coordinate the cleaning team shift plan.
- Escalate issues concerning changes in the cleaning team’s operations, procedures, or actions that may cause business interruption.
- Provide customer with regular updates on completion of cleaning task / schedule
- Report to Operations Executive / Manager on administrative matters promptly
- Ensure all cleaning equipment are always in functional and good condition. Report to the Facilities if any equipment needs to be serviced or repaired.
- Liaise with authorities as and when necessary, e.g. NEA
- Stock-take and inventory management of supplies and equipment, wirings, accessories, supplies to avoid any shortages
- Maintaining proper documentation and records
Requirements
- Cleaning supervisory experience
- Experience in using cleaning machines will be an added advantage
- Good team player with good leadership skills
- Positive attitude
- Have good customer service quality and cleaning standards
- Takes Initiative
- Service oriented attitude and possess good communication skills
