Admin & HR Manager

  • Oversee full spectrum of human resource functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Spearhead the recruitment process for all levels of the organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Develops and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the Company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) policies and procedures, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) labor laws, and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) tax regulations.
  • Address employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Do all administrative tasks such as record-keeping, HRIS management, and documentation. Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
  • BCA and Bizsafe renewals.
  • Manage office services such as contract renewal, utilities, etc.
  • Other ad hoc duties given by the managing director.
