Clinical Support

To train and educate medical professionals and therapists at aesthetic clinics and medical spas on the company's products and treatment protocols.


Key Responsibilities:


Product Knowledge:

  • Deepen understanding of the company's product range, including technologies, ingredients, benefits, and potential side effects.
  • Stay updated on the latest product information and advancements.

Treatment Protocol Development:

  • Collaborate with industry experts to develop and refine treatment protocols.
  • Ensure protocols align with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.

Trainer Certification:

  • Obtain necessary certifications to conduct training sessions effectively and legally.
  • Maintain certifications through ongoing training and education.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Tailor training content to the specific needs.
  • Utilize effective training techniques, such as demonstrations, hands-on practice, and interactive discussions.

Clinical Support:

  • Provide clinical support, including troubleshooting treatment issues, answering product questions, and offering guidance on patient management.
  • Conduct site visits to assess training needs and provide on-the-job training.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and provide product demonstrations and training.
  • Support and contribute to sales efforts by building strong relationships with clinic staff and addressing their concerns.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and follow-up visits.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance future training sessions.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure that all training materials and practices adhere to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to address any regulatory concerns.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Education (Diploma and above)
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Strong understanding of medical aesthetics, dermatology, and skincare.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with medical and beauty professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to details and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as PowerPoint and CRM systems.
