Monday to Friday: 7.5hrs, Saturday: 4.5hrs
Job description:
• Providing assisted enrolment to patients
• Guiding patients to enrol through mobile application for patients with Singpass.
• Assisting patients to enrol through another application for patients without Singpass.
• Onboarding patients to mobile application, including booking of related appointments.
• Tagging patients on queueing system related visits.
• Answering patients’ queries with regards to mobile application.
Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O’/‘N’/‘A’ Levels/Diploma/NITEC in any discipline
- Able to start IMMEDIATELY or on short notice
- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills
- Able to commit until 31 March 2025.
