The Company

We are seeking an experienced ICT Audit Specialist for a newly created role to lead and deliver high-quality audits, ensuring robust technology controls, governance, and risk management practices. The Role

  • Lead audit processes, ensuring timely completion of reports, validation of issues, and delivery of governance insights.
  • Conduct high-quality risk assessments and business monitoring to maintain robust controls and compliance.
  • Identify and address risk and control issues by presenting practical, innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop action plans and resolve complex control challenges.
  • Provide proactive advice on business and change initiatives, offering insights into governance, risk, and compliance.
  • Support organizational transformation efforts and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed audit findings, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Exercise ethical judgment and transparent reporting in all audit-related activities.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance governance practices.
  • Take on additional assignments as needed to support evolving business requirements.


Your Profile

  • Minimum of 8 years of ICT audit experience, with a strong focus on IT systems, infrastructure, and processes.
  • Expertise in data governance, network and database security, application development, and cloud configurations.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity controls, including vulnerability and patch management, malware protection, data loss prevention, intrusion detection, crisis management, and incident response.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments, business monitoring, and delivering audits in compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
  • Practical experience in managing projects involving the full software or product development life cycle is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and source code is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Technology or related fields.
  • Advanced certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CEH, or CGEIT preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO9001) is a plus.
  • Master’s degree is an additional advantage.
  • Willingness to travel 30%-50% of the time to meet job requirements.
