We are seeking an experienced ICT Audit Specialist for a newly created role to lead and deliver high-quality audits, ensuring robust technology controls, governance, and risk management practices. The Role
- Lead audit processes, ensuring timely completion of reports, validation of issues, and delivery of governance insights.
- Conduct high-quality risk assessments and business monitoring to maintain robust controls and compliance.
- Identify and address risk and control issues by presenting practical, innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with management to develop action plans and resolve complex control challenges.
- Provide proactive advice on business and change initiatives, offering insights into governance, risk, and compliance.
- Support organizational transformation efforts and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed audit findings, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Exercise ethical judgment and transparent reporting in all audit-related activities.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance governance practices.
- Take on additional assignments as needed to support evolving business requirements.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 8 years of ICT audit experience, with a strong focus on IT systems, infrastructure, and processes.
- Expertise in data governance, network and database security, application development, and cloud configurations.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity controls, including vulnerability and patch management, malware protection, data loss prevention, intrusion detection, crisis management, and incident response.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments, business monitoring, and delivering audits in compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
- Practical experience in managing projects involving the full software or product development life cycle is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and source code is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Technology or related fields.
- Advanced certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CEH, or CGEIT preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO9001) is a plus.
- Master’s degree is an additional advantage.
- Willingness to travel 30%-50% of the time to meet job requirements.
