Duration: 6 months contract (Start Jan 2025 - July 2025)
Location: Gombak
Working hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 530pm)
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Managing customer accounts, and government schemes and updating information as needed
- Assisting with inquiries, follow-up, benefits, etc...
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Providing administrative support to senior management as needed
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
- Strong communication (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
