Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and supervise staff
- Engage in yearly negotiations for ocean and air freight contracts
- Maintain efficient daily communication with internal teams and external partners
- Compile and report monthly volume tonnage, KPIs, and performance evaluations
- Conduct market analysis for the shipping industry
- Develop operational solutions and implement cost-saving measures
- Lead a team, providing not only supervisory support but also knowledge transfer to team members
Requirements:
- Lead, manage and supervise staff
- Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business or related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar industry.
- Profound expertise in ocean and air freight industry.
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
- Good in presentation and negotiation skills.
