We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Business Analyst to support the implementation of NetSuite for a leading client in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring the seamless deployment of NetSuite. With a deep understanding of business systems and knack for problem-solving, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and optimize system functionality.
The Role
- Gather and document business requirements to configure NetSuite to meet organizational needs.
- Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements using NetSuite solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, supply chain, sales, and other functions to ensure NetSuite aligns with business objectives.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules to support business workflows.
- Conduct data migration, including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
- Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics within NetSuite.
- Provide end-user training and create detailed documentation to facilitate user adoption.
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with technical teams for resolutions.
- Monitor project milestones and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
- Support post-implementation activities, including system upgrades and optimization.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, specifically with NetSuite implementations.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements and develop effective solutions.
- Proficient in creating workflows, custom records, and reports in NetSuite.
- Experience with data migration, integration tools, and APIs is highly desirable.
