We are seeking a sales and customer service executive based in our showroom at Bukit Merah. The role loosely encompasses the following key areas:
- Handle enquiries that come in via Whatsapp, email, phone, and walk-ins.
- Provide accurate quotes and convert leads into revenue.
- Provide appropriate customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- You are effectively the main person who will interact with customers day-to-day.

We operate a number of businesses in Singapore that cut across printing, framing, art restoration, art valuation, and the sale of fine art [paintings & sculptures]. We have an excellent web presence and do not need to go hunting for business - your job is effectively to close opportunities that are provided to you via Whatsapp, Email, Phone, and those who walk-in.
As we do have walk-in customers it is a job that requires someone to be on-site Tue - Fri [10am - 6pm] and Sat [10am - 5pm].
As with any small business, each person needs to pull their weight and make an impact. We need proactive individuals with strong attention to detail who enjoy speaking to others.
We are currently offering a fixed salary with the idea of some additional commission based bonus available.
