Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in inventory management and stock ordering.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Support the training and development of staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in any field (Hospitality or F&B-related is a plus).
- Passion for the F&B industry and Korean cuisine.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
