Job Description:
- Provide presales and post-sales support on the technical queries by customers on the automation product.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone call or in person to provide solutions for them.
- Responding to their needs and make the best recommendation for them.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure they are equipped with up-to-date technical information.
- Provide product training and conduct product demonstration to customers.
- Perform needed evaluation and assessment on customers’ workpieces to ensure it is fulfilled as per their requirements.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Welcoming fresh entry level with electrical/electronic or mechatronics background
- Knowledge in PLC, Control/Automation, IOT Knowledge will be added advantage
- Willingness to learn and with positive attitude
