Job Scope:
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems at customer sites
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in the field
- Provide training and support to customers on equipment usage
- Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools for on-site work
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Requirements:
- Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment servicing and repair
- More experienced candidates may qualify for higher positions
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to write simple reports in English
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Positive work attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Capable of working under tight schedules
- Willingness to work after office hours as needed
- Availability for business trips on short notice
