I am currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer for one of my Global Facilities Management clients here in Singapore. This is an exciting role to work on multiple projects across industries and work with end clients on the best solutions and requirements.

Salary: SGD 4,500 - SGD 6,200
Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Site manager
- Execute large Chiller plant Oeprations and maintenace for Pump set
- Ensure operations SOPs are available and always updated
- Upkeep maintenance records
- Investigate and report equipment defect, deficiency and abnormalities
- Issue work order for equipment with abnormalities
- Ensure all Mechanical system and related works carried out by sub-contractor are planned and executed to the requirements
- To be competent in overseeing sub contractor work, coordination with other department and to ensure EHS and Regulatory compliance at the site.
- Provide effective leadership to a team of Technican by efficiently delegating tasks and resources to achieve daily operations requirement
- Identify and arrange for the training and development of the technicians at site.
- Ready to respond to emergencies and instructions provided by direct supervisor
- Schedule the work timetable for the equipment maintenance/overhaul
Job requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant maintenance work experience in industrial plant operations
- Technical knowledge in rotating and static mechanical & electrical equipment maintenance and machinery vibration analysis will be an added advantage.
- Possess good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated and values teamwork.
