As Assistant Operations Manager, you will manage a team of clinical staff, to ensure efficient operations, excellent customer service, successful regulatory compliance, continuous performance improvement, and effective fiscal management.
Responsibilities:
• Supervising staff and ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Clinic.
• Ensure safe and efficient patient flow.
• Lead or participate in programs aimed to improve process and workflow.
• Working with other teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the organisation.
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize workflows, enhance patient care processes and service quality
• Prepare and review policies, procedures and work instructions for clinical processes to facilitate patient safety and quality care.
Requirements:
- Degree in scientific discipline or health care preferred.
- Able to multi-task and work under a stressful environment.
- Good leadership skills.
- Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Office.
- Written and verbal communication skills including good command of English.
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
- Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
