Job Description:

  • Handle the entire procurement processes and support workflows, according to the sourcing strategies set.
  • Manage the full procurement process, including supplier tendering, selection, contract negotiation, and ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and payment to meet operational needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, promptly addressing any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with policies, standards, and regulations while keeping accurate, up-to-date records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and manage contract agreements effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess Diploma or above in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement preferably in construction/ civil engineering industry.
  • Experienced with sourcing and material understanding.
  • Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
  • Bilingualism will be an advantage as we need to oftenly and effectively communicate with overseas stakeholders.
  • Able work at container site office.
  • 5.5 day work
