Responsibilities:-
- Account servicing and provide sales support to clients and supermarkets
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and specifications
- Handling of customer orders and ensuring they are processed and fulfilled on time
- Engage and work closely with clients on products marketing and promotional activities
- Engage and work closely with Operations, Logistics and Merchandising team to provide good products and services
- Active participation in department and business review meetings
- Assist in any other ad-hoc activities as assigned
Requirement:-
- Minimum Degree with some related experiences preferably in FMCG/Retail industry
- Good team player and positive attitude
- Good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- 5.5 days work week, public holidays as per scheduled
