✔Atleast 'O' Level
✔Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office esp. Excel
✔At least 2 years of working experience in office management would be an added advantage
✔Immediate or short-notice candidates are preferred
✔Working 5,6 days a week, 12hrs, (sometimes shifting)
✔Management of security projects (Attendance, performance)
✔Activation of emergency response personnel
✔Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Operations Executive in terms of deployment
✔Monitor Leaves applied by officers
✔Detail-oriented and computer-literate and have technical knowledge, and strong verbal communication
✔Meticulous and attention to details
✔Responsible, proactive, show initiative to learn and adapt to changes
✔Team player with good communication skills
