Accounts assistant/ Accounts Executive

Sml Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities

· Involve in the day to day operations: receipts, payments, accounts receivables (issuing of sales invoices) and recording of accounts payables and expenses claims.

· Perform monthly reconciliation of debtors, creditors, intercompany transactions and bank balances.

· Fixed assets administration.

· Ensure accounting and internal control procedures comply with Company policies.

· Perform other ad hoc duties as when assigned by Management.


Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Finance and Accounting or other relevant professional finance certificates.

· Minimum 1-2 years of working experience related to accounting field.

· Skills proficiency use of various financial software and MS Office.

· Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal and who is able to deliver under tight deadlines.

· Able to work independently, well organised, meticulous and keen to learn.
