Job Summary:
· Work Schedule: Alternates between 5 days one week and 4 days the next, from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM (Rotating Shifts).
· Note: The applicant may be transferred to a day shift after a few months, depending on operational requirements.
· Additional: Immediate availability is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Follow the currently valid guidelines (e.g., working instructions, process descriptions, hygiene rules, and clear table policies).
- Based on the workflow, execute routine tasks such as downloading files, decrypting or encrypting files, and uploading files, among other process steps.
- Ensure all files are placed on the SFTP server for batch run processing.
- Handle Mastercard, Visa, and various payment file processes, utilizing their specific tools as required to process files.
- Monitor the batch run status and promptly escalate any issues to the appropriate person.
- Notify the supervisor of any observed discrepancies, such as process and quality issues, security breaches, outdated calibration data, or deviations in documentation.
- Manage file transfers to internal departments and external merchants.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Retrieve card members' statements.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
- Perform individual tasks defined by the supervisor, as necessary, that align with the work responsibilities of an operator or are required to achieve organizational performance.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the upkeep of the physical location.
Qualifications:
1. Strong understanding of IT principles with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to background support teams.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
3. Experience in networking and basic system administration is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong attention to detail.
