License Processing Officer | Outram Park

Job Description:

  1. Access the Authority’s computerised system(s) or any other database maintained by the Authority to retrieve new and renewal applications.
  2. Check applications to ensure that all required fields in the application form are filled out, and ensure that all supporting documents are enclosed and/or attached
  3. Submit the completed applications to the OC and/or Assistant OCs of the respective business division for approval.
  4. Correspond with applicants to clarify and advise on the requirements of the applicants’ application.
  5. Send by email or conventional mail, the soft/or hard copies of the application approval or rejection letters to the applicants.
  6. Attend to members of public who walk into the Authority’s premises to enquire about their license applications.
  7. Respond to service requests, complaints, and feedback from the public, applicants, and licensees, and assist walk-in enquiries about license applications as directed by the Authority.
  8. On the job training will be provided.

Requirements:

  1. Singapore Citizen.
  2. Have minimum an “O” Level certificate in Singapore
  3. Possess at least two (2) years of working experience in related administrative work and have basic IT skills, including experience with operating, software applications and email management
  4. Be willing to learn the use of the Authority’s computerised licensing system to process licenses
