Job Description:
- Access the Authority’s computerised system(s) or any other database maintained by the Authority to retrieve new and renewal applications.
- Check applications to ensure that all required fields in the application form are filled out, and ensure that all supporting documents are enclosed and/or attached
- Submit the completed applications to the OC and/or Assistant OCs of the respective business division for approval.
- Correspond with applicants to clarify and advise on the requirements of the applicants’ application.
- Send by email or conventional mail, the soft/or hard copies of the application approval or rejection letters to the applicants.
- Attend to members of public who walk into the Authority’s premises to enquire about their license applications.
- Respond to service requests, complaints, and feedback from the public, applicants, and licensees, and assist walk-in enquiries about license applications as directed by the Authority.
- On the job training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen.
- Have minimum an “O” Level certificate in Singapore
- Possess at least two (2) years of working experience in related administrative work and have basic IT skills, including experience with operating, software applications and email management
- Be willing to learn the use of the Authority’s computerised licensing system to process licenses
