Job Opportunity:

Join our mission to provide Better Education as we expand our team and seek a dynamic Admin Support Assistant. This key role will involve managing administrative, operational, and sales-related responsibilities to ensure seamless enrolment processes and to deliver a pleasant customer service experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: You will be the face of the Centre, greeting visitors and answering phone calls. You will handle administrative tasks such as registration of new students, managing walk-ins, and responding to inquiries from parents.
  • Sales and Enrolment Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract new students and increase enrolment.Conduct outreach to potential students and their families through various channels, including phone calls and emails. Provide information about our tuition programs, courses, and schedules to interested parents. Guide parents through the enrolment process, including registration, payment, and scheduling.
  • Centre Management: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at the Centre. This may involve organizing schedules, maintaining the Centre's cleanliness and orderliness, and ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout their child's enrolment. Maintain accurate records of student enrolment, attendance, and payments using our database systems.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, managing student records, and preparing reports as needed. Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure smooth operation of classes and timely communication with parents regarding student progress. Handle general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Reporting: You will be responsible for keeping the Centre Manager informed of any issues or concerns that arise. You will also be expected to provide regular updates on the Centre's performance, including enrolment and attendance.
  • Collaboration: You will be workin closely with the Teaching & Curriculum Team to ensure that students receive the best possible education and support. You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, enrolment management or administrative roles, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and enrolment management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work locations and timings

  • You will be required to travel between our various outlets (Bukit Timah, Lorong Chuan, Kembangan) based on roster schedule and commit to the work schedule of 3 weekdays and 2 weekends.
