You will play a key role in managing customer orders, quotations, and logistics arrangement to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Customer Service
- Respond to and resolve sales inquiries from customers
- Assist the sales team by preparing RFQs and pricing responses for customers.
- Ensure prompt and accurate payment collection from customers according to agreed sales terms.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely, empathetic solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Order Management & Fulfilment
- Process customer purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team on open orders, order deadlines, and fulfilment progress.
- Manage order approvals from sales team, ensure accurate pricing, and release invoices as needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to pick and pack orders for delivery, and assist with receiving incoming shipments, ensuring correct quantity and quality.
- Oversee returns and replacements in coordination with relevant stakeholder.
Logistics Coordination & General Support
- Liaise with logistics vendors to secure competitive shipping rates and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor and resolve any logistics issues and ensure customs compliance.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management, supporting sales and operational functions.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in sales support or logistics coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
