Administrative Executive | Inventory Management and Logistics

On behalf of the hiring company, we are looking for suitable personnel to join them as an Administrative Executive


Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
    Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
    Monitor stock levels to identify potential shortages or overstocks.
    Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Process purchase orders and track deliveries.
    Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
    Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately input inventory data into the inventory management system.
    Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and purchasing trends.
    Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Operations: Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
    Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in inventory management software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
