Job Responsibilities:
- Review the assigned projects and understand the unique project requirements
- Ensure customer requirement can be fulfilled and update in SAP system
- Point of contact for customer and sub-contractors
- Schedule materials arrival, approval of documents, production/testing, and delivery
- Work closely with sub-contractors and inter-departments for the assigned project to ensure planned schedules are met
- Ensure all materials are available to launch into the schedule for assembly
- Prepare Project Schedule in MS Project and MS Excel for internal and external reporting
- Ensure proper closure of the project order before handling over to Shipping Department
- Perform additional related duties as requested or required
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE or Diploma in any discipline
- At least 1-year of relevant experience in project management
- Preferably with working experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Proficient in MS Project Management and Excel
- Knowledge in SAP systems will be an added advantage
