Responsibilities:
- IT infrastructure (Hardware and software), POS system installation and maintenance including remote troubleshooting
- Liaising with third part vendors for new store infrastructure setup
- Updating the store systems if it is needed
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support and standby for the store operation
- Conduct training new Supervisors in how to use all systems and how to handle minor technical issues
- Prepare system manual guidebooks of all software systems and editing for any updates
- Participate in UAT testing before GO-LIVE and release the new version
- Update windows and security patches of store POS and laptop and ensure cybersecurity
- Maintain store IT inventory list and update documentation on IT asset management
- Facility Management: Ensure the office space is in good condition by liaising with vendors or managing minor repairs as necessary
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- 5 days work week (weekend included), (standby allowance)
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ working experience in the related field - preferably with retail sector
- Good knowledge of Microsoft windows operating systems
- On-site support and resolution of all software and equipment issues
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
- Good understanding of Microsoft SQL server and scripts
