Admin Assistant

Description

  • Issue order and release EMTU/Heya Stock
  • Follow up after 6pm sales and weekend sales
  • Allocate Sim Cards via MTPOS system
  • Update daily EMTU sell out figure
  • Raise PO, Credit note, Debit note, Sales Order, Stock Return and other sponsor form or approval from time to time
  • Submit EMTU application in Singtel Portal System
  • Follow up all the change of retail address/name/MSISDN/email address and submit to Singtel

Requirements

  • GCE “O” level and above
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Min. 1 year of admin experience
  • Good working attitude
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to start immediate (Optional)
  • 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm, Alternate Saturday from 9am to 12pm)
