Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Development in General Trade
- Identify and source new customer accounts and business opportunities
- Identify Sales Gap and work with manager to propose close gap measures
- Monitor Competitor activities & submit monthly report
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand customers’ needs and to improve customer retention and relationship
- Develop, plan & execute channel strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Generating and developing sales to achieve assigned sales targets and monthly KPI
- Planning & executing promotion at the outlets to meet trade excellence.
- Regularly servicing stores as per designated coverage
- Performing to DSO/debt collection and resolving long outstanding where applicable
- Opening new outlets and attending sales enquiries
- Other responsibilities as assigned by superior and company.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage & monitor customers’ payment
- Other ad-hoc jobs as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Selling, planning, identifying business opportunities, initiating promotion activities with Foodservice customers.
- Achieve or exceed the targeted sales and designated new business developments
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship
- Perform market trend analysis, update & discussion of market information with superior
- Achieve customer satisfaction through service excellence & professionalism.
- Secondary School/N/O Levels with 1-2 years' sales experience in food & beverage industry.
- Previous sales experience will be a definite advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, dynamic and motivated personality.
- Positive attitude and a team player but with ability to work independently
- Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A Singapore driving license
- Able to communicate in various languages
- Entry level candidates are welcome.
