Responsibilities :
1.1 Human Resources
- Assisting the Operations Director and QHSE Manager with recruitment requirements as requested, payroll, and contracts in accordance with National Labor laws.
- Ensure that all personal data is used and transmitted within the legal framework of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Maintain / update contracts in the personnel records file.
1.2 Financial
- Contribute to achieving company’s objectives & targets from an HR perspective by support of the Operations Department with processing new hires.
1.3 Personnel
- Work with departmental managers and advise Finance & Administration Director and Corporate Administration Manager on office personnel resource requirements.
- Assist personnel with contract, leave, payroll, timesheets, etc. questions or concerns.
- Maintain leave records of staffs.
1.4 Administration
- Liaise with the Operations Administrator to ensure a personnel records filing system is maintained and up-to-date at all times.
- Liaise with other Regional Business Units when it’s necessary.
1.5 Specific Additional Duties
- Assist Corporate Administration manager to support Managing Director to determine Job Descriptions for all staffs.
- Implementation of Company Policies.
- Actively participate in adherence to and Improvement of the Company’s Business Management System on QHSE related issues.
- Participate as an Auditor when requested for Internal Audits.
Requirements :
- Min. 3 years’ experience in equivalent position.
- International experience preferred.
- Conversant with standard Microsoft business software (excel)
