ROLE SUMMARY
To lead the operation overall activities towards the maximum profitability of its short-term and long-terms goals on the same strategic guidelines of the organisation vision and mission at Head Office, in Japan.
A. THE JOB
- Provides credible comprehensive research information and reports to facilitate business opportunities development at progressive market channels, benchmark leading-edge influential practices that integrate into corporate efforts to monitor and evaluate results to secure maximum productivity.
- Establish and maintain positive network with local, international business and government authorities at India with ethical business governances.
- Preparation of preliminary bi-annual budgetary (revenue and cost) to Head Office.
- Monitor business revenues and scrutinize cost expenditure within approved budget.
- Establish work procedures and ascertain schedules are operational effective.
B. THE PERSON
- A strategist with soundtrack record in organizational abilities of fiscal management, budgeting and measures of performance.
- Dynamic management skills to steer complex and multi-faceted projects to attain desirable directions for organizational growth and profitability.
- Personal attributes of integrity and credibility, strong crisis management skills, good cross-cultural interpersonal communication skills and an analytical mind for details to solve problem meticulously.
C. PREREQUISITE
- A bachelor’s degree is a must, preferably engineering though not an essential.
- At least 25 years of experience in the electronics industry with 7 years of executive Management acumen role in the Sales / Marketing operation environment.
- A flair in Japanese Language to service / solicit existing and new markets respectively.
- Regional business environment experiences would be an added advantage.
