Senior Executive Officer, Facilities

We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all facilities operations and management to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment for our employees.


Job Description:

  • Plans, organises, co-ordinates and executes effective Facilities Management in accordance with established policies and budget.
  • Develops annual maintenance plan to ensure the offices, AMP@Pasir Ris and CommonSpace, are running in tip-top condition.
  • Sources and appoints reliable contractors for maintenance and repairs services in accordance with established policies.
  • Supervises maintenance and repair works and process payments for satisfactory services rendered.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and stakeholders regarding facilities and security-related issues.
  • Manages and coordinates tenants, renters and public usage of AMP facility. Manage contracts, terms and conditions and billing terms with current and prospective renters/tenants.
  • Liaises with building owner, authorities and building partners pertaining to building services and facilities.
  • Attends to needs of operating units for fixture & fittings, equipment and executes appropriate purchases as requisite.
  • Manages issuance of passes, parking tokens, renewal of utilities contractors for electricity and monitoring of utilities (water and electricity).
  • Prepares annual maintenance and services budget.
  • Represents AMP at facilities related meetings and events.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in facilities/building management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in property management or commercial building administration.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Able to perform multiple tasks effectively.
