Responsibilities:
- Support Admin Manager in various matters within the department
- Perform general administrative support to the company, including up keeping of office equipment, office supplies, stationery and pantry replenishment, etc.
- Manage and maintain the company’s licensing and operational accreditations
- Assist in budgeting & forecasting and providing pipeline information to the management
- Assist in timely, accurate month-end closing on project financials
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and support audit
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in related discipline or professional equivalent
- Preferably with 2 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and well verse in MYOB
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
