Role Description
This is a full-time Account Manager role at Dynasafe Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing client accounts, understanding their IT infrastructure & security needs, providing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication and support.
Qualifications
- Experience in acquiring new accounts
- Experience in account management, client relationship management, and sales
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation Skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- IT certifications or relevant education background is a plus
