Location: Bukit Panjang
Working Hrs: 41hrs/weekly
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service at the reception counter to support staff, parents, students, and visitors, including answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
• Maintaining and updating of data records, filing of documents, inventories etc.
• Preparation of resources for the teaching of Science and Math Department (where applicable) and General Office.
• Assist in any general and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes including English
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
• At least have 2 years of experience working in a school
environment
