Job Position: Clinic Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Attend to inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
Make outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings
Co-ordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
Submit insurance claims
Arrange bookings and help with registrations of patients
Assist with the issuance of tax invoices
Concierge customers from & to directions of X ray/MRT/taxi stand/clinic
Support sales & marketing activities and compile statistics
Assist with other ad-hoc admin duties such as faxing and/or filing
Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management
Requirement:
Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Levels
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented & positive attitude towards learning
Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
Working Hours: Mon- Fri (830am - 530pm), Sat (830am - 1230pm)
